Aaron Fritz is a partner at Inertia Software Solutions where he specializes in providing legal technology solutions with a realist / numbers based approach. He's a firm believer that organizations of all kinds, including law firms, must "measure what they manage" to be effective. To that end, his company employs a proactive and methodical approach to servicing legal technology solutions and has developed one of the few analytics / business intelligence suites for small and medium sized law firms. When he's not working on his business, he's either helping his wife wrangle two young daughters (one more daughter on the way) or seeking a little respite from the estrogen ocean he lives in. He's truly a blessed man.
