A comprehensive review of 2015/2016 Federal court cases with seminal holdings in the E-Discovery field. Presenters will highlight the impact of the recent 2015 changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Discovery in case law analysis. Topics will include spoliation and sanctions, TAR and Predictive Coding, a now commonplace method of culling through the mass of electronic information, Information Governance and how it converges with E-Discovery as well as other timely topics.   A required program for all litigators with a new twist annually.
